This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you about the conditions for the processing of Personal Data by the Company. This Privacy Policy also applies to Website Accounts.

Principles of Personal Data Processing
In its activities, the Company follows these main principles of Personal Data processing:
17.3.1. the data subject gives consent;
17.3.2. a contract is concluded or performed where the data subject is one of the parties;
17.3.3. the Company is required by law to process Personal Data;
17.3.4. Personal Data must be processed for the legitimate interest pursued by the Company or a third party receiving the Personal Data, provided that the interests of the data subject do not override those interests.

Bendrovė Asmens duomenis tvarko tik tiek laiko, kiek tai reikalinga Bendrovės tikslams pasiekti, tačiau nepažeidžiant Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktais nustatytų Asmens duomenų saugojimo terminų.
Jei Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktai nenumato kokių nors tvarkomų dokumentų ar kitos informacijos saugojimo laikotarpio, Bendrovėje Asmens duomenys yra tvarkomi tik tiek laiko, kiek reikia šioje Privatumo politikoje nurodytiems tikslams pasiekti ir įgyvendinti, atsižvelgiant į Asmens duomenų saugojimo teisinį pagrindą, teisėtą tikslą bei Asmens duomenų tvarkymo principus. Pasibaigus Asmens duomenų saugojimo terminui, Asmens duomenys sunaikinami teisės aktų nustatyta tvarka.

Duomenų perdavimas
Bendrovė teikdama paslaugas ir vykdydama savo veiklą tam tikrais atvejais turi perduoti Asmens duomenis trečiosioms šalims.
Taip pat Bendrovė, siekdama užtikrinti savo teikiamų paslaugų ir Interneto svetainės funkcines galimybes naudojasi trečiųjų šalių paslaugomis. Tokiems duomenų tvarkytojams, teikiantiems Bendrovei savo paslaugas, Asmens duomenų perdavimas bus ribojamas iki minimalių apimčių, būtinų užtikrinant trečiųjų šalių paslaugų suteikimą.
Privatumo politikoje nustatytiems tikslams pasiekti Bendrovė Jūsų duomenis gali perduoti šiems duomenų gavėjams:
Duomenų tvarkytojai, kuriems Bendrovė perduoda Jūsų asmens duomenis, gali būti įsisteigę už Lietuvos Respublikos, Europos Sąjungos ar Europos ekonominės erdvės ribų. Tokiems tvarkytojams duomenys perduodami tik tokiu atveju, kai tai yra leidžiama pagal teisės aktų reikalavimus ir tik imantis visų reikiamų priemonių, dėl privatumo apsaugos užtikrinimo.

You may exercise your rights by submitting a specific request to the contact information provided in this Privacy Policy. Information related to the exercise of your rights is provided free of charge. The Company will, no later than 1 month after receiving the request, provide information about the actions taken in response to the request to exercise your rights or indicate the reasons for inaction.
The deadline for providing the requested information may be extended by an additional two months, if necessary, depending on the complexity and number of requests. When a request is submitted electronically, the information shall also be provided electronically.
